Acts before the Administrative Tax Courts (Carf), the Federal Justice and superior courts, especially the High Court of Justice (STJ). Monitors proceedings before Carf’s administrative dispute, developing performance strategies, conducting hearings with councilors, oral arguments before the collegiate and drafting appeals and petitions in order to better instruct the judgements. Has previous experience in areas of knowledge such as food and beverage, automotive, banking, e-commerce, electronic, energy, pharmaceutical, paper and cellulose, pharmaceutical products, chemical, services and retail.
