Works on corporate matters, M&A, structuring investment funds and local and cross-border structured finance transactions, debt and quasi-equity transactions in the financial and capital markets, as well as debt restructuring transactions. His work includes structuring, leading and conducting the aforementioned transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts and financial instruments and their agreements, corporate acts and related documents, structuring real and fiduciary guarantees, analyzing complex commercial contracts and conducting due diligence. Has experience advising financial institutions and companies (issuers and debtors) in various sectors, such as renewable energy, oil and natural gas, highways, sanitation, ports, mining and infrastructure in general.
