Advise in all phases of structuring, negotiation and review of terms and implementation of project finance, structured finance and working capital, asset finance, leveraged buyouts and export financing. It also acts in debt transactions in general, including debt restructuring and renegotiation, mergers, acquisitions, advising foreigners who intend to start activities in the country and other corporate transactions in the infrastructure sector and regulated markets. He advises both the project company and its shareholders or lenders, and is familiar with local and international lenders, commercial banks, investment funds, construction companies, investors, multilateral and development agencies. Has experience in advising clients in various segments, such as banking, highways, airports, energy, and infrastructure in general.
