Specialist in strategic tax litigation. In her work, she studies and defines procedural strategies, analyzes highly complex tax and procedural issues, drafts and reviews administrative and legal defenses, conducts oral arguments, as well as answering queries, drafting legal opinions and articles. Has experience in the areas of mining, oil and gas, transportation and logistics, agribusiness, services, pension funds, among others.
