Vazami is specialist in merger and acquisition transactions, incorporation of joint ventures among the largest national and international companies and in matters involving corporate law. His practice encompasses the provision of legal assistance in structuring, negotiating and implementing M&A transactions, as well as legal assistance to international clients engaging in activities in Brazil.

Represents corporations, investment funds, and football clubs in complex matters involving Football Joint Stock Companies (Sociedades Anônimas do Futebol - SAFs), including capital structuring, debt negotiations, and corporate governance.

Possesses deep expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including within the sports and entertainment sectors. Routinely advises on sponsorship deals, naming rights, player transfers, image rights assignments, strategic partnerships, supply chain contracts, and audiovisual co-production arrangements.

Vazami has previous experience representing clients before international arbitral and regulatory bodies, including proceedings before the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Advises clients across a range of industries, including food and beverage, construction, sports, media and entertainment, energy, logistics, pulp and paper, tissue, retail, services, and emerging ventures.
