Regularly advises Brazilian and foreign clients, such as financial institutions, multilateral agencies and public services concessionaires on structured project finance transactions in regulated sectors, syndicated loans, debt restructuring and debt issues in the capital markets. Has experience in advising clients in various segments, such as ports, naval, rail and road transportation and infrastructure in general.
