Rafael Erlinger

Rafael has extensive experience in public offerings of securities (e.g., IPOs, follow-on offerings, OPAs, debt securities offerings and securitization), having participated in some of the most important capital markets operations carried out in Brazil, representing financial institutions, investment funds and listed issuers with businesses in different sectors of the economy.

Rafael possesses significant expertise in advising on corporate law, as well as on matters relating to the regulations of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, and the Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais (ANBIMA) applicable to publicly held companies.

In addition, Rafael provides advice on M&A transactions, including corporate reorganizations, involving publicly held companies and private equity and venture capital funds.
