Practice area
Specialist in tax consulting involving the interpretation of local and international tax legislation, structuring of new investments, operational and corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax modeling of several business models, taxation of several contractual arrangements. Raquel has a strong presence and experience in tax litigation, both in the administrative and the judicial spheres. Her experience covers several sectors of industry, commerce and finance, reaching regulated sectors, such as natural resources and energy.
