He has been advising local and foreign players in these sectors in Brazil for more than 20 years on regulatory and corporate advisory matters, especially around transactions, including M&A (global, regional and local), distribution contracts for insurance and other insurance products, purchase and sale of insurance portfolios and all types of corporate reorganizations.
