Acts administrative and judicial proceedings, mainly in before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (Carf), the Federal Court and higher courts. It follows proceedings before carf's administrative litigation, formulating strategies of action, holding hearings with the counselors, oral support before the collegiate and preparing resources and memorials in order to better instruct the judgments. In the judicial sphere, has experience with tax executions, the enforcement of a warrant and the monitoring of proceedings from the beginning to the end of the dispute.
