According to Antônio Corrêa Meyer and José Virgílio Lopes Enei, partners of Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados, the PPP can be an alternative to stimulate projects that, in another way, wouldn´t be practicable, because of the lack of budgetary funds and tax feasibility.
