Anna C. Joppert

Joppert is engaged in the area of corporate consulting, contracts and regulations in infrastructure and energy, with highlights to the provision of consulting services to national and international oil, gas, and biofuels companies. She has an outstanding previous experience in analyzing and negotiating upstream and downstream contracts, having provided consulting services to clients of several areas regulated by the Brazilian Oil Agency–ANP, further participating in the conception and development of innovating legal solutions and in important negotiations in leading cases of the Brazilian industry.
Her legal practice is strengthened by her international education. In addition to practicing law in Brazil, Joppert also provides legal assistance to clients in international contractual and regulatory issues, having experience with transactions in several Latin American countries and in negotiations involving the English, French, and North American legislations.
She has further experience in bidding processes, administrative litigations, operational security matters involving maritime facilities, and local content, in addition to providing legal assistance on regulatory and contractual issues related to the sectors of ports and energy, both to operators and to service providers.
