His practice encompasses structuring, reviewing terms and implementing merger and acquisition transactions, supporting and assisting international clients intending to start activities in Brazil, drafting agreements and bylaws, shareholders and quotaholders agreements, minutes, share/quota purchase agreements, and other corporate documents, besides the conduction of legal due diligence process.
