He has acted on various regulatory issues involving the National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANP), including processes for the assignment of exploration and production rights, unitization and nomination of areas, individualization of production, bidding rounds and administrative litigation. In the context of the energy transition, has experience in regulatory matters in the biofuels, hydrogen and low-carbon solutions sectors.
