Has experience in managing whistleblowing channels, in due diligence in capital market operations and mergers and acquisitions, in conducting background checks and in advising on the implementation of remediation and risk mitigation measures in these operations. Also has brief contact with the areas of insurance and reinsurance, labor litigation, social security law and judicial recovery.
