Experience in the preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of several commercial and sports and entertainment industry contracts, such as distribution, commercial representation, supply, sponsorship and partnership, naming rights, transfer of athletes, assignment of image rights and co-production contracts and investment of audiovisual works. Represents and advises clients before the courts of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (Fifa) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Experience in the food and beverage, sports, entertainment, intellectual property, services, retail, electricity and Startups.
