Works on contractual and regulatory issues related to the pharmaceutical and health industry and in administrative and judicial proceedings involving Brazilian health authorities.

Advises on the drafting and negotiation of contracts involving regulatory, commercial and operational matters, which includes strategic alliances, research and development collaborations, technology licenses and transfer, production development partnerships, technology orders, risk-sharing agreements, health data-based transactions, manufacturing and distribution of regulated products, outsourcing and clinical research.

Her work also includes the regulatory structuring of business models related to telehealth, mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures involving health plan operators, health service providers  and healthtechs, as well as the development of strategies for incorporating technologies into public and private health systems.
