Practices in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and joint ventures. Advises on the structuring, review of terms, and implementation of M&A and other corporate transactions for foreign and domestic clients. Also works in the formation and structuring/restructuring of Brazilian Football Corporations (Sociedades Anônimas do Futebol) and in the preparation, negotiation and review of several sports and entertainment industry contracts, such as assignment of image rights, naming rights and sponsorship.
