Her work includes drafting investment fund regulations and related documents, drafting and negotiating share purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, contracts and articles of association, minutes and other corporate documents. Has experience in sectors such as education, real estate, technology and telecommunications.
