Lais Lopes

A substantial portion of Lopes’ practice is focused on the provision of legal assistance to clients in structuring, reviewing terms and implementing merger and acquisition operations involving share purchase agreements, mergers, incorporations, spin-offs, joint ventures and debentures. She provides corporate consultancy and legal assistance to international clients initiating operations in Brazil.
Lopes has previous experience in the provision of legal assistance to clients of several areas of knowledge, such as education, telecommunications, services, retail, and technology.
