Leandro Vissechi

Vissechi is fully dedicated to the tax advisory, planning and compliance services, with strong background on indirect taxes, mainly ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS and ISS. He provides a range of tax services, including tax procedures reviews, tax diagnostics and analysis of industry issues, corporate reorganizations and business model structure, tax planning, request of special regimes, review of multiples tax incentives and different tax treatments in different levels (federal, state and municipal), among other related tax activities. Strong experience in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes (M&A tax area).  Relevant knowledge in both direct taxes and payroll taxes.
Vissechi has previous experiences on advising local and foreign clients from several businesses sector, including financial (PEs) and strategic clients, mainly related to food and beverage, automotive, e-commerce, retail, power electric energy, mining, oil & gas, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, services, technology, transportation and other industrial manufacturing and services businesses.
