Luis Gustavo Bueno Polezi

Polezi engages in several types of disputes, administrative and judicial proceedings, and arbitrations, in addition to providing legal consulting on the prevention and settlement of conflicts, with emphasis on crisis management. His practice further encompasses proceedings and consulting involving civil liability, law of obligations (contracts), corporate law, consumer law, banking law, and public civil actions related to environmental and competition issues. He has previous experience in administrative procedures before the Brazilian Federal Prosecution Office and the State Prosecution Office, the National Regulatory Agency for Private Health Insurance and Plans, and the Consumer Protection Office, in addition to due diligences.
