Advises on routine corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity interests, assets and corporate reorganizations – such as tax, mergers and liquidationof companies. Also acts in the structuring, review of the terms and implementation of merger and acquisition operations, preparation of contracts and bylaws, in the support and advice to foreigners who wish to start activities in the country, in agreements of shareholders and quotaholders, preparation of minutes, contracts for the purchase and sale of shares / quotas and other corporate documents and legal audit processes.
