Marina Morello Abbud

Abbud engages in different areas of law encompassing internet and technology: privacy and data protection, civil liability on internet, consumer law, entertainment law and marketing regulation, marketplaces and online to offline models. She has experience with intellectual property, focusing on strategic litigation.

Her work encompasses interdisciplinary questions on digital law, such as drafting analysis and revisions of contracts, terms of service and privacy policies related to new technology business models, in addition to the assistance and implementation of programs for the adequation to personal data protection law.
