Has extensive experience in litigation and advisory matters in the areas of technology, digital law and intellectual property (IP). In the IP area, he acts mainly in cases involving misuse of confidential information, trademarks, unfair competition, copyright and disputes in the franchising area. In the technology sector, he has experience with judicial and administrative issues related to privacy, data protection, civil liability of internet platforms and issues related to e-commerce. With a relevant academic contribution, he is the author of the book “Algorithmic Bias” (2022) - about how the use of artificial intelligence in the automation of tasks can lead to distorted results - as well as articles in scientific journals and specialized portals.
