His work involves structuring and implementing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, insurance distribution and representation, incorporation of companies, product approval and review, establishment and review of benefit plans, as well as compliance with claims regulations. It also advises on the analysis and review of contracts and on processes to obtain operating authorization and product approval from regulatory bodies.
