Rodrigo Batah

Batah is engaged in operations of merger and acquisition and in private equity investments. He provides legal assistance in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of merger and acquisition operations, in addition to providing corporate assistance to national and international clients who already have or intend to have business in Brazil.

His practice encompasses the coordination of legal audits, draft and negotiation of stock purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, articles of organization and articles of incorporation, minutes, and other corporate documents. He has previous experience in the sectors of education, real estate, technology, telecommunications, ports, and food.
