Guilherme Spinacé

Spinacé is specialist in projects financing, local and international financial transactions, and construction contracts. He has further experience in structuring and restructuring loans with the main Brazilian and international banks, especially credit facility and loan agreements, and export and derivatives financing.
He provides legal assistance in all stages of structuring, negotiation and revision of the terms, and of the implementation of financing transactions in the different adopted models. He may assist both the company in charge of the project and their shareholders or financers, being acquainted with local and international financers, commercial banks, investment funds, construction companies, investors, multilateral agencies and development entities.
Spinacé has previous experience in projects and financings in the sectors of electric power, mining, roadways, oil and gas, sanitation, logistics, and railways.
