Provides legal advice to national and foreign companies, financial institutions, and investors on capital market and corporate matters. He works on the structuring and execution of initial and subsequent public offerings of shares (IPO and follow-on) in Brazil and abroad, as well as public offerings of acquisition of shares (OPA), debt securities distribution, and securitization operations. He also works on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate restructurings involving publicly traded companies and private equity and venture capital funds. He provides advice to publicly traded companies on regulatory and self-regulatory aspects, especially related to regulations issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3), and the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (Anbima).
