Machado Meyer advised CBA – Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio, on its private capital raise.
The resolution of the Board of Directors stipulated a minimum increase of R$139,872,824.31 and, at most, R$206,042,827.72, with the maximum amount being effected at the end. In addition, it was possible for the holders of the company’s shares to participate in the capital increase through the use of the credit related to the dividends declared by the annual general meeting.
CBA concluded the private capital increase in the amount of R$ 206.042.827,72
