Lefosse has helped the local subsidiary of German vehicle manufacturer Mercedes-Benz enter into a partnership with Brazil`s Raízen to operate a solar power complex in Rio Grande do Norte, as part of the car giant’s strategy to supply its own energy. Raízen relied on Machado Meyer Advogados. The deal was announced on 11 October. Its value remains confidential.
