Lefosse has helped South African investor Pepkor acquire a majority stake in Brazilian retailer Avenida from local private equity group Kinea and selling shareholders.
Kinea turned to Machado Meyer Advogados, while the Caseli family, AvenidaÂ’s founding shareholder, enlisted Chediak Advogados.
