Brazil is forecast to end 2015 with is sharpest economic decline in 25 years and the government has falled to deliver many of the tenders it promised against the background of a falling Real and the imminent withdrawal of BNDES financing. With the country still working through the fallout of the Lava Jato corruption investigation, 2016 seems se to be a year of M&A and debt restructuring.
