Demarest e Almeida is representing real-estate investment company Goldentree Insite Partners on real-estate joint ventures in Brazil.
Goldentree is partnering with Yung Incorporadora on a pair of real-estate development projects in Brazil. The first joint-venture is for R$300 million ($188 million), while the second is for R$200 million.
The two have already combined on several other real-estate projects, worth R$700 million, within the past year. These projects are designed to capitalise on development opportunities around São Paulo.
Gabriel Rcardo Kuznietz and Plinio Ando Yoshiyasu are leading the Demarest team.
Antonio Corrêa Meyer and Felipe Duarte Martins Costa are leading Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice, acting for Yuny.
