Souza, Cescon, Barrieu e Flesch - Advogados has helped Brazilian infrastructure investment group Invepar issue US$528 million worth of debentures.
Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados advised Banco de Investimento, Banco Bradesco BBI, Citibank and Banco BTG Pactual, which acted as arrangers for the issuance. The deal closed on 12 November.
