Machado Meyer was chosen five times Law Firm of the Year in Brazil by the renowned British publication International Financial Law Review (IFLR).
The firm was also recognized for its participation in the BTG Pactual IPO, advising Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and BTG Pactual Participations Ltd., and in the merger between airlines LAN and TAM, in which we advised the Brazilian TAM. The deals were awarded, respectively, in the categories Equity deal of the year and M&A deal of the year.
The awards ceremony was held on March 21st, in New York.
