To increase consumer protection and provide more security and transparency to consumer relations, the National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon) conducted, this year, a study to amend Decree 11,034/22, which regulates the SAC. The result was the draft of a new decree, released in November. This ebook presents the main proposed changes, which include:
- Expansion of the public subject to the decree, with the inclusion of non-regulated service providers
 - Rules for meeting urgent demands
 - Setting of service channel schedules and maximum waiting time
 - Restriction on advertising during service
 - Availability of integrated channels
 - Accessibility rules
 - Transfer limit during service
 - Time to respond to demands
 - Deadline for adapting to the new decree
